Terms and Conditions

By booking a tour with Sea Kayak Türkiye, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required for bookings with 4 or more persons. The remaining balance must be paid 3 days before the tour starts.

• Payments are processed securely in cash on the day of the tour.

• For advance payments, credit card transactions will incur a 5% commission fee to cover processing costs. Sea Kayak Türkiye does not store credit card details.

2. Cancellation Policy

    •    Full Refund: You can cancel up to 24 hours before the tour starts for a full refund.

    •    Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time are non-refundable.

    •    Changes: Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience will not be accepted.

    •    Weather Conditions: This tour requires good weather. If the experience is canceled due to poor weather, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund.

    •    Minimum Participants: This experience requires a minimum of 4 participants. If the minimum number is not met, we will offer an alternative date/experience or a full refund.

    •    Confirmation: You will receive a booking confirmation at the time of reservation.

3. Health and Safety Guidelines

    •    Accessibility: The tour is not wheelchair accessible.

    •    Swimming Ability: Basic swimming knowledge is required.

    •    Physical Fitness: Participants should have a moderate physical fitness level and be able to walk for up to 30 minutes.

    •    Health Restrictions: This tour is not suitable for individuals with heart conditions or other serious medical concerns.

    •    Walking Involved: A small amount of optional walking (maximum 30 minutes)

4. Children Policy

    •    Accompanied by an Adult: Children must be accompanied by an adult.

    •    Minimum Age: The minimum age for participation is 5 years, provided they are accompanied by fit parents.

    •    Teenagers: Teenagers aged 14 and older may join with written parental permission.

5. Guest Conduct

    •    All participants are required to follow the safety instructions provided by the guide at all times.

    •    Any behavior that is deemed disruptive or unsafe may result in removal from the tour without a refund.

6. Liability

    •    Sea Kayak Türkiye is not liable for any loss of personal items, travel delays, or issues arising from third-party services (e.g., transportation).

    •    Participants understand and accept that adventure activities involve inherent risks. It is recommended to have adequate travel and health insurance that covers kayaking and adventure activities.

7. Data Privacy

    •    Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking, you consent to our use of your data as outlined.

8. Governing Law

    •    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes will be resolved under Turkish jurisdiction.
