Buğra is usually three steps ahead of everyone else.
Whether he’s helping first-time paddlers find their rhythm, spotting wildlife, explaining local history, or somehow taking fantastic photos without dropping his phone into the sea, he has a talent for making everything look effortless.
He also has a suspicious enthusiasm for jumping off perfectly good cliffs.
Originally from Korkuteli, he somehow knows both the mountain roads and the best places to eat around Kaş.

Özgür
After years spent working in offices, Özgür discovered that he much prefers turquoise water, fresh air and meeting people from around the world.
Whether helping guests on the beach, sharing local stories or practicing his German whenever the opportunity appears, he brings an easy-going energy to every tour.
He has a remarkable ability to be cheerful long before anyone else is fully awake, which can be slightly irritating before the first coffee, but somehow becomes contagious by the end of the day.

Onur
A mountain guide at heart, Onur spent years leading canyoning, mountain biking and trekking adventures before eventually finding his way to the Lycian Coast.
A high ropes specialist and dedicated camper, he’s happiest outdoors, whether exploring remote trails, sleeping under the stars or sharing stories around a campfire.
Fluent in French and always ready for a good conversation, he believes most problems can be improved by nature, good company and a little fresh air.

Barb
Behind the scenes, he ensures a smooth process - from bookings and guest communication to ensuring that the team has everything it needs every day. Depending on his needs, he is an organizer, driver, problem solver or simply the Swiss army knife of the company.
Guiding along the Lycian Coast since the 1990s, Barb has spent decades paddling rivers, sea kayaking coastlines, pioneering canyons, hiking mountains, and occasionally questioning his career choices.

Alper was raised between Kekova and Kaş, giving him a lifelong connection to the Lycian coast and its traditions. Fluent in multiple languages and passionate about the region’s history, he enjoys bringing its landscapes and stories to life for his guests. His true passion lies in long-distance sea kayaking expeditions, while his love of hiking and local gastronomy adds another dimension to every tour. With his relaxed personality, extensive local knowledge, and genuine hospitality, Alper creates authentic experiences both on and off the water.
